Audacity, the free sound editing program that most schools have on their computers, has just released a new beta version. Great thing is you don't have to uninstall the "stable" version (1.2) to give 1.3 (beta) a try.
As this is beta (that means it is not a final version and still in development), there can be some crashes.
A lot of cool new effects, import/export options and other goodies.....check the website to see all that this new version has to offer.
