Here is a up and coming site to watch its development (sent from fellow AEL - thanks Roxana), Wikivid. Surely influenced from the YouTube craze, Wikivid is an encyclopedia of informative videos. Presently it is in the testing phase with only a collection of free software videos that have been gathered from around the web.
